Vintage LEGO: This Codex xcix post on the history of LEGO packaging made us want to share a couple of images from our own classic LEGO holdings. These scans are from booklets included in LEGO Building sets from the 1960s. (In the post, you can see the box that the booklet in our third image, Set 700/3A, is from!)

Filled with over 2,220 examples of toys like LEGO, Lincoln Logs, Erector Sets, and others from the 1860s to the 1970s, our architectural toy collection is one of the largest of its kind in the world. Learn more about it here.
